A paid planning step that produces a technical plan and fixed quote.
What happens:
- Two working sessions to map your users, features, and priorities
- I write up how it will be built and what it connects to
What you get: a written plan, a fixed quote, and a timeline, about a week after the sessions. The plan is yours either way.

Build
Milestone by milestone, with a written update every week.
What happens:
- The project is built in milestones, so you see progress early
- Two rounds of revisions are included per milestone
- New requests are quoted in writing before any work starts
What you get: a written update every week, and payments spread across milestones after a 30% deposit.

Launch
Testing, training, and handover documentation.
What happens:
- Everything is tested before it goes live
- Training so you and your team can run it without a developer
- Final payment, then handover
What you get: written handover documentation, plus full ownership of the code, hosting, and accounts.

Support
A 60-day guarantee, then an optional care plan.
What happens:
- Any bug in my work is fixed free for 60 days after launch
- After that, you can choose a care plan for ongoing support
Care plans: Website Care at $150 a month, or Application Care at $500 a month.

How long does it take?
Custom applications typically take 10 to 14 weeks, dashboards 4 to 8 weeks, and websites 3 to 4 weeks.
How do payments work?
A 30% deposit to start, the rest across milestones, final payment before handover.
What if I need changes mid-project?
